Our Process

Step 1: Application

Time is of the essence in real estate transactions which is why our streamlined, fast application process allows you to gain funding in as little as 7-10 days.

Step 2: Underwriting

You’ve done your due diligence, now we’ll do ours. We personally evaluate every loan application and project. When we determine your project is a fit for Max Mortgage, we’ll be as invested as you are.

Step 3: Closing

Within 7-10 days, we will finalize the paperwork and logistics so your funds will be immediately available upon closing. ​

Step 4: Servicing

We’ve built our business on relationships which is why we deliver in-house loan servicing to our Borrowers in addition to the convenience of online account access via the industry-leading The Mortgage Office® software.
