Since 2000, Attorney Aaron Cohen has provided expert in-house legal counsel for Saletin Real Estate Group. A graduate of Harvard University Law School (Juris Doctor ’75), Aaron’s expertise is not limited to the legal arena, but rather spans the many facets of real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, sales and development, and financing. He has a depth of experience in government permitting, condominium conversions, regulations and zoning, and construction and permanent financing. His background includes a number of years with prominent Boston law firms, including as a partner with Peabody & Brown and Zimble & Brettler, LLP. Aaron is the author of commercial lease articles published in The New England Real Estate Journal, Banker and Tradesman, and The Practical Real Estate Lawyer. Additionally, Aaron has presented numerous seminars on the art of negotiation and drafting leases.
