Those who know Cris know that he was born to make real estate deals. After graduating with honors and a B.S. in Economics from Rollins College, Cris immediately got to work as a broker by day and an investor by night. He began redeveloping and repositioning residential and mixed-use properties throughout the East Side and Downtown neighborhoods of Providence, Rhode Island. Among his accomplishments working with owners, landlords, tenants, and buyers, Cris successfully negotiated commercial properties sales in excess of $7 million and leases for 300,000 s/f of commercial space.

In 2013, Cris joined Saletin Real Estate Group as Vice President of Acquisitions and Leasing. He quickly became integral to the firm’s daily operations and success while overseeing the leasing operations of more than 1,250,000 SF of office, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, and downtown Boston. In 2017, Cris became a Principal and crucial to the firm’s future expansion. Today, Cris actively seeks new projects for Saletin Real Estate Group’s growing portfolio and works on the front line to ensure successful redevelopment.
