As a founding partner and principal of Realty Financial Partners (RFP), David Allen is responsible for acquisition, asset management and disposition of a variety of structured finance transactions including; senior bridge financing, mezzanine debt investments, joint venture equity and bridge portfolio loan acquisitions. RFP originated, structured and closed over $1.5 Billion in real estate transactions including; retail, office, industrial, residential and hospitality nationwide.

Prior to founding RFP, Mr. Allen was Senior Vice President and Chief Real Estate Officer of Congress Realty Group, where he managed the acquisition and liquidation of over $600 Million of real estate assets including; A. J. Lane, Commonwealth Mortgage Co., Goldweitz & Co. / Mortgage Investors Corp., Harold Brown and Monarch Capital Corp. / Sovereign Realty Co.

Formerly, he was with Scott Management Co., where he was responsible for the management of over 3,000 apartments, the conversion of over 1,300 condominium units and the rehabilitation of commercial office buildings. Mr. Allen has been a guest lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Yale University and served on the Greater Boston Real Estate Board of Directors.
