With some 35 years of experience and a B.S. in Management, Jay has served in a number of management and accounting roles, including his most recent position with Saletin Real Estate Group.

Before joining Saletin Real Estate Group, Jay was the Business Office Manager for the Boston accounting firm of Russell, Brier and Company. There he was responsible for financial reporting and general accounting for the firm and several of its small business clients. Throughout his work history he continually demonstrated his expertise in financial and analytical accounting along with a special concentration in property management. In a prior role as the property accountant for Owens, Renz & Lee Company in Branford, Conn., Jay prepared financial reporting packages for more than 40 locations in addition to working on annual budgets, audits, and CAM reports and reconciliations.

Jay’s keen attention to detail and high level of professionalism ensure the Accounting Department is a well-oiled machine. With substantial experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility allocation, and CAM and tax reconciliations, Jay’s steady, prompt and thorough work ethic makes him a crucial part of the Accounting Department.
