With 55 years of commercial real estate management and development experience, Jeffrey Saletin lives and breathes real estate. After attaining his B.S. in Accounting from King’s College, he spent his early years as a Certified Public Accountant at the international public accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co. (formerly one of the “Big Eight”). He was later named Corporate Controller at Host Enterprises, Inc., a publicly held resort hotel development and management company that was acquired by Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Prior to founding Saletin Real Estate Group (a vertically integrated firm specializing in real estate development, management, investment, construction management and private lending,) Jeff worked for Picerne Real Estate Group, one of the 10 largest developers of multi-family housing in the United States. In his position as assistant to the president of Picerne, he focused on acquisitions, development, and syndication of apartment complexes and retail centers.

As President of Saletin Real Estate Group, he has led the firm through decades of successful commercial real estate acquisitions, development, property management and residential development. His ability to transform dilapidated properties into neighborhood jewels has helped transform the forgotten corners of many New England towns.

His wealth of expertise includes real estate debt joint venture equity raising; asset “crisis” management; and strategic business planning. Simply put, when it comes to real estate in New England, Jeffrey is highly regarded as a “go to” expert in the field.
